Pricing questions
- What counts as a user?
- An active login. Deactivate a rep who leaves and the seat frees up immediately.
- What is a prospect search?
- One run of the Prospect page with a set of filters. Opening a carrier, adding it, or coming back to the same results does not count again.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
- Which fleets do I get?
- Every registered fleet in your state — pick it when you sign up. Each account covers one state; companies that sell in several states open one account per state.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes — pay a year up front and take 10% off. Choose Annual on the pricing toggle or at checkout.
- How do I cancel? Are there refunds?
- Cancel any time from Settings → Billing — no phone call. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for; partial periods are not refunded, and billing mistakes always are. Full details in our Cancellation & Refund Policy (link below).
